**DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND RETURN CONDITIONS**

**GENERAL**

1. By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information and Distance Sales Agreement provided to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

3. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.

4. Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.

6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.

**NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE**

7. If the buyer fails to pay for the product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.

**UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD**

8. If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the bank or financial institution does not pay the seller for the product, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

**UNFORESEEN DELAYS IN DELIVERY**

9. If unforeseen force majeure events prevent the seller from delivering the product on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement product, or choose to wait until the delivery obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, a refund will be issued within 14 days if paid by cash or refunded to the bank within 14 days if paid by credit card. However, the time taken for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account may take 2-3 weeks.

**BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT**

10. The buyer must inspect the product/service before accepting delivery. They should not accept any damaged or defective items, such as those that are crushed, broken, torn, or with damaged packaging, from the shipping company. Once the product is accepted, it is considered to be in good condition. After delivery, the buyer is responsible for safeguarding the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.

**EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**

11. The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are specified in the Distance Sales Agreement.

**DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES**

12. If the buyer defaults on payments made with a credit card, they agree to pay interest and assume responsibility towards the bank as per the credit card agreement with their bank. In such cases, the bank may pursue legal action and claim legal fees and costs from the buyer. The buyer also agrees to compensate the seller for any damages and losses incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.

**PAYMENT AND DELIVERY**

13. The buyer can make payments via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to one of the accounts (in TL) specified by the seller.

14. Online payments can be made via credit card on the website. The credit card will be charged at the end of the order process.
